Question
The Sentinel Advance is connected to the PC, but not enabled. What can I do?


Answer
Solution 1: First try to change to another USB port. Solution 2: USB registry error process: my computer>View system information>hardware>computer management>device management>mouse & other pointing device> delete the hid compliant mouse (Sentinel Advance)>unplug Sentinel Advance mouse> re-plug Sentinel Advance.
