| 1. | Cooler Master's 2009 Modding Contest is open to anyone worldwide who wishes to participate and have a chance to win one of the many prizes. |
| 2. | Modding Contest officially starts on Wednesday July 1, 2009. |
| 3. | All participants must be at least 18 years of age. |
| 4. | Only one entry per household will be eligible for prizes. |
| 5. | You acknowledge and agree that Cooler Master shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make public any information provided by you. |
| 6. | Cooler Master reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time. |
| 7. | No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest. Purchase will not increase your chance of winning. |
| 8. | The chosen winners will be posted online and contacted via phone and/or email. |
| 9. | Any contestant who does not agree with the above terms and conditions should not enter this contest. |
| 10. | Reprint or use of your Case Mod and Case Mod images will be at our sole discretion and will occur without compensation to you. |
| 11. | We may use your Case Mod and Case Mod images with or without any pseudo (pen) name credit. |
| 12. | Our right to use your Case Mod and Case Mod images is perpetual and may be assigned by us. |
| 13. | We may use your Case Mod and Case Mod images locally, nationally or globally and such use may be made in any media, information or communication platform (including Internet advertising) currently in use or later developed. |
| 14. | You and not someone else composed and posted the Case Mod Case Mod and Case Mod images. |
| 15. | By participating, you conclusively agree to be bounded by these contest rules and conditions. This is an irrevocable condition of entry. |
