"The CoolerMaster UCP 900W is a real workhorse and during our testing it never
missed a lick. Our test results confirmed our suspicion that this was going to
be great PSU and indeed it is. It is capable of handling all of the new video
cards and motherboards all at the same time and doing it almost noise free."

"The UCP 900W
power supply’s voltage regulation, line regulation and cross-loading regulation
are all good. The overall efficiency is excellent and AC ripple noise
suppression is good, especially on the +12V outputs. Under normal
operating conditions (below 600W load) the UCP 900W is very quiet. "

"This power supply would be ideal for anyone looking to build beefy multi core
gaming / workstation system with two or more video cards. It is SLi Certified
for up to two nVidia GeForce 8800 Ultra's, which is great. I'm sure that this
power supply can handle the newer GeForce's in SLi as well. It also has an
abundance of power cables and more than enough PCI-e power connectors for
running multiple graphics cards. The fan is also quiet and is great to find in a
900 watt class power supply."

"Overall the Cooler Master Ultimate Circuit Protection delivers all it promises
and does so not only stably but also quietly. The fact that this is the first
power supply to achieve the 80 Plus Silver certification is also worth
mentioning while the average efficiency of 86,5% leaves little to be desired
from a power supply."
"The UCP 900 from Cooler Master is highly recommended not only because of the
impressive top of the line performance but also because of its high construction
quality and finish."

Concerning the 80 PLUS Silver efficiency rating, you should be aware that in order to reach this level, a system would have to have a total draw in the neighborhood of 500 watts which in reality that is a lot of hardware running hard. Then there's the question of value. How high of a premium should a consumer pay for 85% vs. 80% efficiency? I'd say not much. Without mentioning any names, an 80 plus can be had for around $209-219 while the CM, at 85 is $280-300. Unless you'll use the PSU at roughly half its rated capacity, your system (or your electric bill) won't be able to make up for the initial higher price.

Cooler Master have done a great job with the 900 watt UCP and is truly a very efficient PSU. As always though with power supplies as you can see the majority of people don't need that much power and especially a power supply as high-end like this would be best in ultra systems and in workstations and for servers.
