"The case is relatively appealing physically, it can be oriented horizontally or
vertically, the logo can change orientation to match the position it is in, and
it has a small footprint while still supporting an ATX sized motherboard. Did I
mention it is only $39.99? The question is why wouldn't you buy it."

The Cooler Master Elite 360 Case is one of the best, feature rich mini/mid tower cases on the market, but it's affordable. It's very well designed and even fits a standard ATX motherboard. While the Cooler Master Silent Pro M500 Power Supply is not high in wattage it's enough for most moderate system. It's 80%+ efficient, 80+ certified, has a quiet 135mm fan, modular leads and comes with Japanese Capacitors.

"When it comes to size, the Cooler Master Elite 360 represents the extreme
opposite from other models in their lineup such as the Cosmos and Stacker.
Although maybe a bit large for an HTPC box, the Elite series offers a great
choice for compact desktop or mini-tower student cases, rack installations,
or any other purpose where a reduced footprint is desired. Despite the small
dimensions there is enough room, albeit just barely, to fit a full size ATX
motherboard and power supply inside, and even an aftermarket CPU cooler. Weight
is also kept to a minimum, with the Elite 360 tipping the scales at a mere nine
pounds."
