Scout 2 Advanced is an agile gaming mid-tower built ready for the ever shifting landscapes of battle with a rubberized steel reinforced carrying handle, support for up to 9 fans, two included color complementary LED fans (3 fans total), support for latest graphics cards from NVIDIA and AMD, and full dust filter coverage.

Scout 2 Advanced features the stylish steel reinforced carrying handles with rubber coating for easy transportation. The ultra strong handles allows gamers to travel with the finest components up to 30kg / 66.1 lbs.

 

Faster, Easier – Dual USB 3.0 Support & Fan LED Switch

A sliding cover protects the I/O panel from damage and dust. The dual USB 3.0 support provides 10x faster file transfer and smart phone/tablet charging. And the fan LED on/off switch manages two LED case fans simply with the push of button.

Excellent Expandability

Scout 2 Advanced supports up to 3 ODDs (tool-less), 7 HDDs and 4 SSDs. With the 1st HDD cage removed it can support long graphics cards up to 399mm / 15.7 inch. Additionally, the enlarged space between M/B tray and the right side panel (24.8mm) makes cable management even much easier.

 

Superior Cooling

Scout 2 Advanced supports up to 9 fans, including two 120mm red or white LED fans behind the front mesh panel and one 120mm fan in the rear. You can also install two 120mm fans on the windowed side panel to cool the graphics cards.

      "Overall this case is a very solid case.  The tool-less optical drive mounting system is user friendly and solid. There are more than enough areas to mount HDDs or SSDs.  The removable HDD cage is nice if you are using large video cards.  All internal edges are rounded, so getting snagged on a sharp edge isn't a concern.  The USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 panel up front is a nice feature that helps keep the peripherals you use most within easy reach.  I also like the appearance of this case.  It’s slick and the integrated handle is a plus if you plan on packing this around to a LAN or two.  The unique security system on back will help you keep all your peripherals around when you are at a LAN party and this is something that is often overlooked on a gaming chassis.  If you are in the market for a case for your new build, the CMStorm Scout 2 is a great choice.  This is why the CMStorm Scout 2 Advanced is receiving the Gold Wrench Award!"
